Beautiful Ireland

The island’s main geographical features include low central plains surrounded by coastal mountains. The highest peak is Carrauntoohil  which is 1,041 meters (3,415 ft) above sea level. The western coastline is rugged, with many islands, peninsulas, headlands and bays.

The Emerald Isle is studded with romantic castle ruins, mysterious stone circles, and megaliths galore. The countryside in Ireland is unique and unparalleled.

With more sheep than people and one thousand shades of vivid green, Ireland is a feast for the senses.

Ireland’s emerald fields, craggy cliffs, and oceanside vistas make it one of the most varied, beautiful, and well photographed places across the globe.

Add in a few white sheep peppering the vast landscape, winding tree-lined roads, and crumbling ancient castles, and you’ve got an idyllic island bursting with splendor.
